AOI (Automated Optical Inspection)
In our strive for manufacturing excellence, we execute automated optical inspection on all surface mount printed circuit board assemblies.  Our AOI vision system not only inspects for the traditional inspection characteristics such as presence/absence and polarity but also allows us to perform high-end inspection techniques that include proper solder fillet and solder joint integrity while reading the text of the component to verify that it is the proper component. 


Flying Probe / ICT
For products suited for these applications, Positran Manufacturing can offer flying probe and in-circuit test services that provide a wide range of electrical testing options. Some of the available options include continuity testing, nodal analysis and boundary scan.
